Yoga Basics-In this class we will explore postures noticing how they feel within the body, where the breath moves and where does the mind focus. Although we will explore standing and seated poses there will be transitions to accommodate all levels. If you are wanting to explore the finer point of a pose or just beginning your yogic journey this is a great place to start using slower movement. Meditation and mindfulness will be explored in this class. 
Fast and intense may serve for a time but it is unsustainable and will invariably require some reevaluation. It is in the slowness of our lives where we are able to perceive its worth. Your yoga practice is no different. 

This is a recorded class that you are able to register for, and then utilize the recording anytime that is convenient for you anytime during the registered calendar day. Once you register for the class, it is available in our content library, and you can play the selected video when it works best for your schedule during the registered class day. Class passes are non-refundable once you have registered as you have immediate access to that selected recording.
