This is a series, 8 weeks of classes, that will teach you a sequence. Within that sequence we will slowly begin to deepen the postures and move the same poses into deeper and more challenging expressions. This is a great way to start building a stronger foundation into a more personal practice. It is best to make sure you can commit to these 8 weeks to be able to explore your continued growth within this specific sequence.
The intention is for students to learn a set sequence of postures so they can focus on the breath during each movement. It is a meditative practice that offers an opportunity for students to gain both the spiritual and physiological benefits of yoga.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULING NOTE:
For Online Classes: If no one is registered for an online class by 1 hour prior to the class start time, the online class will be canceled.
Feel free to login up to 15 minutes early to enjoy time to chat with all your friends and members of our community.

All of our online classes are on a sliding scale from $5 and up. Please notify us if you need assistance to take classes as we want to make yoga available to all in this trying time.
